At TAP Props, accessible from our application, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by TAP Props and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to all our users. This includes:

• Account Information: When you sign up, Firebase Authentication processes your email address and authentication tokens to manage your session.
• Usage Information: We may process game searches, custom matchups, and screen interactions to operate the service, improve speed, and diagnose issues.
• Preferences: Settings like default league, active theme mode, privacy choices, and subscription state are stored locally to personalize your experience.
• Purchase Information: Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. TAP Props receives purchase and entitlement information needed to verify access, but does not collect or store full payment card numbers.
• Advertising Information: Google Mobile Ads or other ad partners may process device, ad interaction, and approximate diagnostic information to serve and measure ads, subject to your platform privacy choices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information in various ways, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our application.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our features and sports data delivery.
• Understand and analyze how you use our application to reduce latency.
• Authenticate users and prevent unauthorized access.
• Serve, limit, and measure advertisements where ads are enabled.
• Verify subscription entitlements and restore purchases.

3. Data Protection Rights

We want to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

• The Right to Access: You can request copies of your personal data.
• The Right to Rectification: You can request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
• The Right to Erasure: You can request that we erase your personal data under certain conditions.

4. Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the TAP Props app. This deletes your Firebase identity and initiates deletion of account-linked TAP Props data. You can also review the account deletion instructions or contact support if you cannot access the app. Deleting your TAP Props account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.

5. Advertising and Tracking Choices

Google Mobile Ads may process an IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and device or advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads. Android users can manage ad privacy controls in Android Settings. On iOS, the system may ask for permission before allowing access to the device advertising identifier. You can also disable optional performance logging from the app's privacy choices screen.
