TAP Props Privacy Policy

TAP Props ("we", "us") is operated by Tech Jungle LLC. This policy explains what information the TAP Props app and website collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Who TAP Props is for

TAP Props is a sports statistics and research tool intended for users 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

2. Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account or sign in with email or Google, Firebase Authentication (Google) processes your email address, optional display name, sign-in provider, and a unique user ID.
• Content you save. If you save parlay tickets or player filters, they are stored with your account on our servers so they sync across your devices.
• Parlay Scanner images. If you use Parlay Scanner, the screenshot or photo you choose is sent to our server for automated text recognition. The image is processed temporarily and deleted when processing finishes; we do not store it.
• Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive the purchase and subscription status needed to verify and restore your access (such as product, order identifier, and expiration). We do not receive or store payment card numbers.
• Server logs. Like most online services, our servers record your IP address and request details (such as time and page requested) for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for 30 days.
• Advertising information. If you use the free, ad-supported version, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address (used to estimate approximate location), ad interactions, and diagnostic information to serve, limit and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
• Website advertising. The free web app and shared parlay slip pages on tapprops.com may show ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, to limit how often you see an ad, and to measure ads and prevent fraud.
• Preferences on your device. Settings such as theme and default league are stored locally on your device.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, or messages. We only receive the images you choose to upload to Parlay Scanner; we do not access other files on your device.

3. How we use information

• To provide, operate and secure the app, including signing you in and syncing your saved content.
• To verify subscriptions and restore purchases.
• To analyze Parlay Scanner images you choose and return results to you.
• To show and measure ads in the free version and on shared slip pages on tapprops.com.
• To respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that operate TAP Props on our behalf:

• Google Firebase (authentication).
• Google Cloud (hosting and logs).
• Google Play and Apple (payments).
• Google AdMob (advertising in the free version).
• Google AdSense (advertising in the free web app and on shared slip pages on tapprops.com).

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our users and service.

5. Advertising choices

Android users can reset or delete their advertising ID and manage ad personalization in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iOS, the app asks permission before accessing the advertising identifier. Subscribers to an ad-free plan do not see ads. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.

On tapprops.com, Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of many third-party vendors' personalized ads at www.aboutads.info. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before ads on the website use cookies.

6. Retention

• We keep account information and saved content while your account is active.
• Server logs are kept for 30 days.
• Purchase records may be kept as required for accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

7. Deleting your account and data

You can permanently delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This deletes your sign-in identity and the data linked to your account on our servers, including saved tickets, filters and subscription records.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription; cancel it in your store account.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact [email protected] to make a request.

9. Security

Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable measures to protect your information.
